The Mobile Home: |
Measures 11.5m x 3.7m; produced by Willerby of the UK the model is made to high standards and is called ‘Le Cottage’. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the others with twin beds. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower and WC. There is also a further shower and WC room. The fully fitted and spacious kitchen area includes a dining table and chairs. The lounge area is ideal for relaxing, where CD/DVD players are included. Outside patio furniture is provided as well as a gazebo for sun shade. | |

Deposit: |
50% refundable if cancelled 3 months prior to holiday. The balance is payable 1 month prior to the arrival date. The final cost will be calculated (if in sterling) using the exchange rate at the time of the visit. | |

Dogs: |
For the sake of other guests and to maintain the high standard of furnishings, dogs are not permitted in the mobile home. For the sake of other campers and particularly children, please keep dogs on a lead at all times. Owners must clear after their dogs due to the serious health hazard to children. Bring your rabies vaccination certificate. |

Smoking: |
For safety reasons and the sake of other users, smoking in the mobile home is not permitted. | |
|
Bed linen, towels and tea towels: |
To be provided by the hirer, unless previously agreed otherwise. | |
|
Breakages and cleaning deposit: |
150€ payable on arrival, returned 1 week after end of stay, inventory will be checked and all breakages/missing items must be paid for. Also a deduction will be made if the mobile home is not left clean. |

|
Campsite facilities: |
Some may be shut in May, June and September. | |
|
Checking in/out times: |
The mobile home will be available from 4.00pm; check out time is 10.30am. | |
